Our Story
The Cloud Hotel is an incredible venture conceived & designed by Mr. Dawood Wajid who was born & brought up in Kuwait, graduated from the U.S. and now settled in Lahore, Pakistan. Mr. Wajid has over 20 years of experience in various fields (IT, Govt. Contracting, F&B) working with multinational companies abroad, and successfully managing Second Cup franchises in Pakistan.
Mr. Wajid’s love for exploring Pakistan’s exquisite landscapes and nature eventually gave rise to his vision of introducing a glamorous camping resort (Glamping) in the northern areas that would be perfectly located, surrounded by nature, secluded, luxurious, yet comfortable, affordable and clean lodging for families allowing them to have a relaxing stay and experience a memorable holiday. This gave birth to “The Cloud” brand, and our first project has already begin operations in Nathia Gali.
Our next project is going to be Pakistan’s first ever true glamping Resort on the mesmerizing Attabad Lake in Hunza and will possess world-class facilities and amenities. The brand has locked key locations for upcoming glamping projects of “The Cloud” in Kalam Valley, Kumrat Valley, and Gilgit region.
