Mr. Mohammad Dawood Wajid, Managing Director of The Cloud Resorts (Pvt) Ltd., brings over 25 years of diversified leadership experience spanning international business, government contracting, and large-scale real estate development. With a strong track record of executing high-value projects and navigating complex regulatory and operational frameworks, he has played a pivotal role in shaping premium developments across emerging markets. His vision for The Cloud is rooted in creating strategically located, design-led real estate assets that integrate hospitality, investment potential, and long-term value creation—particularly within Pakistan’s most sought-after northern destinations.

His passion for nature and exploration led to the creation of The Cloud, a brand born from the idea of introducing luxury glamping resorts in Pakistan’s northern areas — offering comfort, affordability, and sophistication amidst nature. The first resort began operations in Nathia Gali, followed by the upcoming Pakistan’s first true Wellness Resort at Attabad Lake, Hunza, featuring world-class amenities. The Cloud brand has already secured key future locations in Shigar Valley, Swat Valley, and Gilgit.
