Project Overview
Manzar Wellness Resort is designed to offer over 70 luxurious rooms, including lakefront villas, premium suites, and exclusive penthouses, all with panoramic views of Attabad Lake.

The resort includes Pakistan’s 1st Integrated Wellness Center offering Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Second Cup Café, a wellness spa, kids’ activity area, and a multi-purpose event hall, catering to both corporate functions and destination weddings.

The resort is centrally located at Attabad Lake, surrounded by scenic mountains and offering infinity views of the lake. Spanning over 25 Kanals, it features lakefront villas, suites, and a penthouse, along with dedicated spaces for food, spa, recreation, an amphitheater, and destination weddings.

The Cloud has embarked on a journey to complete Pakistan’s 1st Green Resort building in the tourism sector by the Grace of Allah. Pre-engineered building (PEB) steel structures offer significant environmental benefits, primarily through the use of 100% recyclable materials, high-precision fabrication that minimizes waste, and up to 40% faster construction times. At The Cloud, we’re promoting this green building revolution with advanced structure from industry experts like of Izhar Steel. Our resort is designed to be a full steel structure and aim to achieve green certification. The future of tourism industry is sustainable, green, and smart. We have incorporated 10,000 Gallons/day Sewerage treatment plant for the Wellness resort. It is critical to install industry standard STP for following best practices and protecting the sensitive environment of Attabad Lake.

Our Wellness Resort will incorporate smart and renewable Energy systems for meeting the project’s energy requirements. The resort is designed to have solar energy, rainwater harvesting systems, and IoT systems for building management.
